Ashley Waknine is a nationally certified counselor and life coach with a masters degree in mental health counseling. She specializes in helping teens and young adults thrive, using an evidence-based approach called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training (ACT). All of the ideas and strategies introduced in this course are based on robust research from ACT. Sometimes called the “third wave of behavioral psychology,” ACT combines the benefits of mindfulness with the long established cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). Ashley maintains a private practice in Florida and offers online events and individual life coaching to teens and young adults all over the world.
